Once mighty knightly order blessed
Upon the holiest of quests
Good Christian soldiers fell from grace
Amongst the heathens lost their faith
Made idols out of human heads
And ate the ashes of the dead
Praised relics formed of human skin
In secret they committed sin
Baphomet!
Spit on the cross
Baphomet!
We denounce God
Vast fortune their great quest did bring
More riches they than popes and kings
And if you believe in the tales
Amongst their relics kept the grail
Too powerful they had become
And so arrested every one
And within French jails they would rot
But justice they would receive not
Baphomet!
Spit on the cross
Baphomet!
We denounce God
Confessions drawn from torture’s pain
The sentence was to die in flame
A curse upon both King and Pope
The final words DeMolay Spoke
Within 12 months as he had said
DeMolay’s enemies were dead
And though the Templars are no more
It’s rumoured they may still endure
Baphomet!
Spit on the cross
Baphomet!
We denounce God

I didn't realize how great Beastmaker were until I put this in and really gave it a good listen. Man, if anyone ever sounded like the mighty Black Sabbath it's these guys and that's a major compliment! Sabbath made me the metalhead I am today. So super happy to discover these guys. Guitar tone is heavy as shit and the singer has that creepy Ozzy sound that's perfect for this music. Beastmaker are the classic Sabbath sound circa 1970. I play this all the time. knutepanhead

Magmakammer are drinking from the Norsk fountain on their latest 3-song opus. The Uncle Acid comparisons are obvious, yet these lads bring their own flavor to the doom pot. It's certainly fuzzy in all the right places, and the rhythm and tone are upbeat and rooted in hard rock n roll. Bucky
